PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the website topfermed.com, (hereinafter referred to as the Site), through filling in the application fields, the User:
• confirms that all the data indicated by him, belong to him;

• confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read the entire text of the Agreement and conditions of processing of the personal data indicated by him in the fields of the application form, and that he fully understands the text of the Agreement and personal data processing conditions;

• agrees to the processing by the Site of the provided personal data in order to conclude Agreement between him and the Site for subsequent compliance and enforcement;

• agrees to forwarding his personal data to partners of the Site;

• agrees to receive newsletters and Site news, including announcements of themed events, publications, posted on the website, as well as the partners’ advertisements;

• agrees with the conditions of personal data processing and the Privacy Policy of the website.

The User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely, to the execution of actions provided for in Article 3 p. 1 par. 3 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 N 152-ФЗ "About personal data", and confirms, that by giving this consent, he acts freely, voluntarily and in his own interest.  

This consent for processing of the User’s personal data is deliberate,  informed and conscious.

This User’s consent is deemed to be executed in a simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data:

- Surname, Name, Patronymic;

- specialty or specialization;

- place of residence (city, region);

- telephone numbers; email addresses (E-mail).

The User grants the right to the owners and administrators of the  topfermed.com website to perform the following actions (operations) on the personal data: data collection and accumulation; storage of the reports within the shelf life established by the regulatory documents, but not less than 3 years from the moment the use of the services is discontinued; revision (update, modification); use; destruction; depersonalization; disclosure of information to third parties by order of the court,  in compliance with the measures ensuring protection of personal data against unauthorized access.

This consent is valid for an indefinite time period from the date of personal data submission and can be withdrawn by filing an application form to the Site Administration, with indication of the data  specified in Article 14 of the Law «About personal data».

Withdrawal of the consent for the processing of the personal data can be executed by the User through forwarding the relevant written order to the email address (E-mail), specified in the Contacts section or on the home page of the Site.

The Site is not responsible for the misuse by third parties of the information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in any possible ways.

The Site has the right to introduce changes into this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update shall be specifies. The new version of the Agreement becomes effective from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement and regulates the relationship between the User and the Site.
